Products
Yes, we have both short
sleeve and long
sleeve plus size tees.
We try to stock all sizes offered by our manufacturers, so if you
do not see the size you are looking for, chances are is it not
offered in that size. If you find that there is not a size available
in the item that you wish to purchase, feel free to email us and let
us know! We will do our best to accommodate all requests and your
feedback is very important to us.

How many do I have to order?
With CreateApparel "no minimum"
heat-transfer
service, you can print just one, and this printing method is available
on all of our items with most colors. For each item/color you
should find on the minimum order required below the description section.

How can I place an order?
For large orders, after you save your
design, click the link `more the 6 t-shirts, state the number of t-shirts you need, how many print colors
are you looking at, then hit Submit Order.
- What payment methods do you accept?
To ensure security, we process all payments
using PayPal. Through PayPal, you can place your order using a credit card (MC,
Visa, Amex ).
- What is your return policy?
Since every situation is different, please call
us if you're dissatisfied with your order for any reason. Generally, if
there is something wrong with your order, then we'll work to correct and
replace your order or issue a refund if you let us know within 30 days
of receiving your order.

- How is my price determined?
CreateApparel's pricing for each order is based
on the product, quantity, printing method, number of ink colors (for
screen printing), and one sided vs. two sided printing.
- Do I get a price discount as my order gets
larger?
CreateApparel always offers bulk quantity
pricing, meaning that as you increase your order quantity, the price per
piece will go down. If you're ordering the same design, but want it
printed on different colors or styles, Email
us and we'll always make sure you still get bulk quantity pricing.
Designing and Printing
- How do I retrieve a past design?
In the Studio page, there is a link named
"retrieve design". You can search a specific design or get a
list of the designs saved under your e-mail address.
As long as your design is the same on all,
CreateApparel can help you change it up with different shirt colors and
styles. Email
us with this request and we'll make sure you save money on your
order.
- What is the difference between screen printing
and heat transfer prints?
Screen printing involves creating a stencil of
your design, then using that stencil to apply ink in layers onto a
product. Heat-transfer takes your design straight from the computer and
prints it onto a transfer paper that is later printed into your t-shirt
using a heat press.
If you would like a sample of a product - blank
or printed - before ordering, Email
us and one of our service representatives will be happy to arrange
shipment of a sample, usually for a small fee plus shipping costs,
whenever possible.
Any special requests should be added to comments box on the
checkout page. If it can be done we will do it for you. If not, we
will work with you to figure out an alternative solution.

Saving a design offers many terrific advantages. Let's say you are
on a softball team and you're in charge of creating shirts. It's a
bit risky to buy all of those shirts yourself because you never know
if your teammates will pay you back. At CreateApparel.com, simply
design the shirt, save it to your gallery, and email the link to all
of your teammates. They can each purchase their own!

headquartered in Alberta, CreateApparel.com serves customers all across
the United States and Canada!
- What happens to my order after it is placed?
Each order is reviewed to make sure your design
is perfect and ready for print. Your products are then decorated using
screen printing for quantities of 6 or more, heat transfers for
quantities fewer than 6, and shipped to your door as scheduled.
All of our items ship from Edmonton,
